QIP is a chatting platform different from other available ones. This is a closed-source project which provides quick access to multiple chat accounts and to the accounts saved in each contact list. The interface of the app is clean and despite that it offers quite a few functions, everything is kept simple.
Users can install QIP with ease and afterwards they have to create an account. This account can be a stand-alone one but users can also choose to login through their Facebook or Twitter account, among others. These accounts can be later integrated within the tool. They are one of the many services supported by this chat client and all of them can be linked in a matter of seconds so that users can access all of their contacts from one central location.
QIP has a lot of options and the interface’s look can be changed with ease. Visual and audio notifications can be configured within the app’s menu and users can choose when they want to receive them. A proxy connection can also be established by filling in the fields in a certain menu. Voice and video calls are also available with the aid of QIP as it manages to provide high quality services, despite not being a dedicated tool of this kind.
